By visiting our site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of luxury silk products by IVRE PARIS (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) to our customers (‘you’, ‘yours’).

1.4. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
1.5. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1. To shop with us, you will be required to create an account, providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
3.1. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without notice.
3.2. Prices are listed in Euros and include any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
3.3. We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products without prior notice.
3.4 The purchase of all products presented by IVRE PARIS on our website www.ivreparis.com/fr/uk + (or the ‘Site’) is subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which we may update at any time.
3.5 The Site allows you to order online from IVRE PARIS a selection of luxury accessories, intended exclusively for direct sale to end consumers, whether individuals or legal entities. All customers confirm by buying our products that they are acting as end consumers and that they have no intent to resell IVRE PARIS products for commercial purposes, either directly or indirectly.
3.6 The sales contract between you and IVRE PARIS will be covered by the general terms and conditions of sale applicable at the date and time of your purchase, when you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
3.7. You can consult the IVRE PARIS Privacy Policy at any time.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & COMPLETION
4.1 A customer account is required to place an order on the IVRE PARIS website. If you already have a customer account, you will need to log in by entering your email or username and password. If you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one by confirming your email address and creating a password. Your email/username and password are strictly personal; you agree to keep them secure and never share them with third parties.
4.2 In the event of loss, theft, or any fraudulent use of your customer account, you agree to alert IVRE PARIS immediately.
4.3 Creating an account allows you to: track your orders and view your order history; return or exchange products; add or modify your delivery and billing addresses for future orders; manage your subscription(s) to the IVRE PARIS newsletter.
4.4 Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders are only confirmed once we issue a formal order confirmation via email.
4.5 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to: Payment failure or unauthorized transactions; unavailability of stock; incomplete or fraudulent information.
4.6 In the event of cancellation, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, CB, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amex, Maestro.
5.2. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store credit card information.
5.3. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
6. PRODUCT WARRANTIES & DEFECTS
6.1. Our products undergo strict quality control checks. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
6.2. Proof of defect (e.g. photos) may be required before processing a return.
6.3. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.
7. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
7.1. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
7.2. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
7.3. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions and discounts at any time.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All content on our website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of IVRE PARIS and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content, in full or in part, without prior written consent from us.
8.3 The IVRE PARIS trademark, name and logo, displayed on the ivreparis.com website, as well as the domain names ivreparis.com/fr/uk and others are and will remain the exclusive property of IVRE PARIS. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose whatsoever without prior, express agreement of IVRE PARIS is prohibited.
8.4 IVRE PARIS is the owner of the visual creations relating to the products displayed on the website.
8.5 Particular IVRE PARIS product designs are based on original works of art produced by Susan Bottrell, the artist, who owns the copyright in those artworks. They include, but are not limited to, the scarf designs entitled: La Vie en Rose, Wish You Were Here, Je Est un Autre, Time Was all I Wanted and The Henry. These designs may not be reproduced or copied in any form or medium without the permission of the artist. IVRE PARIS product designs may, from time to time, be based on the work of other artists and the same prohibition applies to any reproduction of their work.
8.6 Occasionally there may be information on our site or in our newsletter and other communications that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We are not under any legal obligation to correct these errors, but we shall undertake to do so as soon we’re aware of them.
9. USER CONDUCT
9.1. You agree not to use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
9.2. Any attempts to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website may result in legal action.
9.3. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
