1. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. To request a return, and monitor its progress, please contact us at: contact@ivreparis.com. We may require photos of any damaged item.
3. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item. If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request that it be returned and refunded or exchanged.
6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
