1.1 We offer free standard shipping within Europe and some other countries. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout.

1.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or courier issues. However we will endeavor where possible to alert you to delays.
1.4 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
1.5 If a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
1.6 IVRE PARIS products are subject to availability. If the product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to order a different product, await the arrival of your preferred product, or to cancel your order with a full refund.
1.7 IVRE PARIS retains ownership of all products until payment for those products is made in accordance with the provisions of French law.
1.8 In order to ensure the quality of our service and availability of our products, IVRE PARIS reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that a customer may purchase, in accordance with French law.
1.9 You will need to validate your delivery method and complete the delivery information required for the successful dispatch of your order: country, title, first name, last name, telephone number, delivery address, and any other information required to process your order.
1.10 While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the products displayed on the site are faithful to the original products, slight variations may occur, particularly due to technical limitations of color rendered by your computer or digital device.
1.11 A summary of your order will be sent to you by email, including the delivery time and the essential characteristics, quantity, and price of the products purchased. We advise you to print a copy or store this summary electronically.
1.12 If the product is a preorder Item, it will have a shipping date mentioned in the product name. If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order will ship together on the latest mentioned date written in your order confirmation email.
1.13 Pursuant to Article L213-1 of the French Consumer Code, IVRE PARIS retains the electronic record of the contract concluded with the customer for a period running for 10 years from the delivery date of the goods. You are free to access this record, upon request to Customer Service after providing proof of identity.
1.14 For security reasons, IVRE PARIS will not process any order for which a poste restante or PO box is provided. Deliveries to forwarding companies are excluded. Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the order process. We reserve the right to request a signature and valid identification upon delivery (e.g. passport or driver's license).
1.15 In the event of a dispute between IVRE PARIS, the data recorded by IVRE PARIS is considered valid proof of the content of the transaction, unless proven otherwise by the customer. Disputes are conducted in accordance with French law.
